Comprehensive solution for solar installations

The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is a system designed for solar installations in single-family houses. The solution works well in both standard domestic hot water heating systems and more complex installations supporting building heating or swimming pool water heating.

The system is designed for 2-3 people. The kit constitutes a complete package of all necessary components for the solar collector circuit (except for the heater/heat exchanger and the mounting system), which significantly simplifies the planning and installation process.

The manufacturer provides a 10-year manufacturer's warranty on solar collectors without requiring regular service inspections, which testifies to the high reliability of the offered solution. The system holds the Solar Keymark certificate - a European quality mark confirming compliance with the highest energy efficiency standards.

Absorber construction and PVD coating

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100 solar collectors. Each collector is equipped with an aluminum and copper absorber, manufactured using laser welding technology.

The absorber is covered with a specialized PVD layer with high solar radiation absorption (95%) and minimal emission losses (5%).

Solar glass characteristics and harp layout

Each collector features U1 class tempered solar glass, which is characterized by the highest solar radiation transmittance in its category.

An additional structural advantage is the hail-resistant glass, which protects the collectors from mechanical damage caused by extreme weather phenomena. The harp layout with 4 connections allows for connecting up to 8 collectors in series while simultaneously reducing the flow resistance of the heating medium.

ZPS 18E-01 ECO solar controller

The kit includes a pump unit with a ZPS 18E-01 ECO solar controller, which serves as the brain of the entire installation. The control system provides not only the operation of the solar pump but also the possibility of integration with additional heating devices such as an electric heater, gas boiler, or domestic water circulation pump.

The kit also includes an 18-liter expansion vessel for glycol, which protects the entire installation from the effects of the heating medium expanding during operation at high temperatures. The system is completed by a 25-meter long BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe, allowing for flexible installation routing between the building and the boiler room.

Protection and control components

For operational safety, the kit includes an electronic flow meter 60L and a pressure switch, which monitor the installation's operating parameters and automatically react to any irregularities. The set is completed by TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid with a weight of 20 kg.
