The solar set KOMFORT MAX HX00-2KS2600.V216 is designed for 3-4 person households and commercial facilities where, in addition to heating domestic hot water, support for home heating or pool water heating is required.
Pump unit with advanced control
The central element of the system is the ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit integrated with the G422 solar controller, which automatically manages the operation of the entire installation. The pressure control sensor monitors the installation's operating parameters and reacts to any deviations.
The system includes all necessary components for installation: two KS2600 solar collectors, an 18L glycol expansion vessel, 25m of BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20kg), a 60L electronic flow meter, a pressure switch, and a complete set of mounting accessories.
KS2600 collector construction
The solar collectors utilize an absorber made of aluminum and copper produced using laser welding technology. The absorber surface is coated with a PVD layer with solar radiation absorption (95%) and emission losses (5%).
U1 class tempered solar glass is characterized by high solar radiation transmittance, which affects the thermal efficiency of the collector and annual energy yields. The design based on a manifold design with four connections reduces working fluid flow resistance, decreases electricity consumption, and allows for connecting up to 8 collectors in a single series.
Safety system and parameter control
The system is equipped with safeguards ensuring safe operation throughout the year. The collector glass is hail-resistant, and the installation holds the Solar Keymark certificate, confirming European manufacturing quality. The manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty on solar collectors without requiring regular service inspections.
Additional elements such as automatic venting, thermal insulation, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, and a thermometer enable full control over the system's operating parameters. The design allows for self-venting of the circulation pump and includes a filling valve and a drain valve for easy maintenance.
The modular construction of the set allows for expansion into larger installations by adding subsequent collectors in a series configuration.
