The Komfort Max HX00-2KS2600.X214 solar kit is a complete solution for users seeking control over the operation of a solar installation. The system is designed for residential buildings for 3-4 people, providing control over the domestic hot water heating process as well as supporting home heating or pool water heating.

KS2600 solar collectors

The heart of the kit consists of two KS2600 collectors equipped with an absorber made of aluminum and copper using laser welding. The absorber is coated with a PVD layer with high solar radiation absorption (95%) and low emission losses (5%), which translates into thermal efficiency.

The collectors are protected by U1 transmittance class tempered solar glass and hail-resistant glass. The harp system with 4 connections reduces the flow resistance of the working fluid, decreases energy consumption, and allows connecting up to 8 collectors in series without the risk of overheating.

Control and safety system

The central element of the kit is the ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit with an integrated G422 solar controller, which enables management of the entire installation. The system automatically adjusts operating parameters to current atmospheric conditions.

The pressure control sensor monitors the state of the installation in real time, detecting pressure drops and enabling a quick response to potential failures. This solution significantly increases operational safety and minimizes the risk of costly repairs.

Complete mounting and operational kit

The system includes all necessary elements to start the installation: an 18-liter expansion vessel for glycol, a 16-meter long BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe, and TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C (20 kg). An electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60L/min and a pressure switch ensure precise control of the system's operating parameters.

The self-venting circulation pump with automatic air removal eliminates problems related to the presence of air in the installation. The system is also equipped with a safety valve, a pressure gauge (manometer), a thermometer, and thermal insulation for maximum energy efficiency.

The kit is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty without requiring service inspections and holds a Solar Keymark certificate confirming European product quality and compliance with the highest industry standards.
