The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a system that utilizes solar energy to heat domestic water and support building heating. Designed for 3-4 people, the set includes all the components necessary for the installation of the solar system.

The system, based on two KS2600 collectors in combination with the advanced ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit, ensures stable operation throughout the year. Thanks to the integration of the G422 solar controller, the installation automatically optimizes its operation depending on weather conditions and current hot water demand.

Advanced control and monitoring

The heart of the system is the ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit equipped with the modern G422 solar controller, which intelligently manages the entire installation. The system automatically adjusts operating parameters to solar radiation conditions, external temperature, and current hot water consumption.

The built-in 60L electronic flow meter enables precise control of the heating medium flow, while the pressure switch monitors the system pressure, ensuring operational safety. The pressure control sensor detects pressure drops and prevents potential system damage.

Complete mounting kit

As part of the set, you receive the following elements:

• 18L glycol expansion vessel - ensures correct pressure in the heating system,
• BiSolar DN12/25m double-walled flexible pipe - high-quality piping resistant to atmospheric conditions,
• TERMSOL EKO -25°C (20kg) fluid - frost-resistant heat carrier guaranteeing safe operation during the winter period,
• Supplementary accessories - a complete set of mounting and connection elements.

Safety and operational reliability

The installation is equipped with the following solutions: a self-venting circulation pump eliminates the problem of air in the system, and automatic venting prevents the formation of airlocks.

The system features a full range of protections: a safety valve, pressure indicator/manometer, thermometer, and thermal insulation to minimize heat loss. Additionally, filling and drain valves for the system have been installed, facilitating servicing and maintenance.

The G422 controller automatically regulates the operation of the circulation pump, and the frost-resistant TERMSOL EKO fluid protects the installation from damage even at temperatures down to -25°C.
