The KOMFORT MAX solar set is an advanced heating system dedicated to 4-5 person households, offering full control over the domestic hot water heating process and support for building and pool heating systems. It is a complete package containing all the necessary components of a solar installation, except for the DHW heater and the mounting system.

Advanced solar collector technology

The heart of the set consists of three KS2100 collectors equipped with an absorber made of aluminum and copper using precise laser welding technology. This construction ensures exceptional durability and resistance to extreme weather conditions throughout the entire year of operation.

The absorber is coated with a specialized high-energy efficiency PVD coating - achieving 95% solar radiation absorption while simultaneously limiting emission losses to just 5%. This translates to maximum thermal efficiency even during periods of lower solar irradiation.

Each collector is protected by U1 class tempered solar glass, which is characterized by the highest solar radiation transmittance in its category. Additionally, the glass is hail-resistant, protecting the investment from mechanical damage.

Intelligent control and safety system

The integrated pump unit with the ZPS 18E-01 ECO solar controller ensures automatic management of the entire installation. The system enables the operation of not only the solar pump but also additional devices such as an electric heater, gas boiler, domestic water circulation pump, or the secondary coil pump for a solid fuel boiler.

The harp manifold with four connections reduces the flow resistance of the working fluid, which decreases the electrical energy consumption of the circulation pump. At the same time, it protects the fluid from overheating and allows for system expansion by connecting up to 8 collectors in series.

Complete installation equipment

The set includes all the necessary elements to start the system: an 18-liter glycol expansion vessel, 16 meters of BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C (20 kg), a 60L electronic flow meter, a pressure switch, and a set of supplementary accessories.

The system utilizes a high-quality low-freezing fluid that maintains its properties even during harsh winter weather conditions. The electronic flow meter enables precise control of the entire installation's performance.
