Modern solar kit for comprehensive solar energy utilization

The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is a complete solution for users seeking an advanced solar system with intelligent control. The system has been designed for maximum utilization of solar energy for heating domestic hot water, supporting home heating, and swimming pool water heating.

Advanced solar system components

The heart of the kit consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total surface area of 4.12 m², made from an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selective coating and copper piping. The collectors are permanently joined using laser welding technology, which guarantees long-lasting performance. The harp-type absorber layout with four connection nozzles protects the heat carrier from overheating even in case of power failure.

The double-coil water heater with a capacity of 200 liters (OKC200 NTRR/SOL) is equipped with a magnesium anode that effectively protects the tank against corrosion. The double-coil construction allows simultaneous connection of the solar installation and a heating boiler as a backup source.

Intelligent control and automation

The system is equipped with a modern MiniSOL Plug&Play controller with a built-in WiFi module, operated exclusively via a mobile application for Android or iOS. The advanced control algorithm automatically adjusts operating parameters to the size of the installation, and smooth speed regulation of the circulation pump with PWM2 or iPWM2 signal minimizes energy consumption.

The ALEX HX10 pump group contains a high-quality circulation pump characterized by low electricity consumption. The system also includes an 18-liter expansion vessel, an electronic flow meter 60 liters, a pressure switch, and a complete ZPKS connection kit.

Safety and operational reliability

The collectors are designed for operation in all climatic conditions, including cold ones, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The solar glass with a thickness of 3.2 mm is tempered and hail-resistant according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm diameter). The powder-coated aluminum frame and aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool ensure structural durability.

The system is filled with TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg), which retains its properties even in extreme temperature conditions. Effective venting of the installation guarantees safe operation throughout the year.
