The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is an advanced heating system designed for 2-3 person households, offering full automation of solar processes. This complete solution integrates a modern solar controller with high-quality components, ensuring efficient use of solar energy for domestic hot water heating and supporting building heating.

The system has been designed with the aim of maximizing the simplification of the installation process while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Thanks to the integrated pump unit ZPS 18E-01 ECO and the intelligent controller G422, the user receives full control over the operation of the solar installation.

Advanced components and system construction

The heart of the kit is a 200 liter dual-coil heater, equipped with a titanium anode guaranteeing long-term protection against corrosion. To effectively process solar energy, the system utilizes two high-performance KS2100 flat-plate collectors, characterized by an optimal ratio of absorber surface area to tank volume.

A key element is the 18 liter expansion tank, which stabilizes the pressure in the glycol circuit, protecting the entire installation from damage resulting from the thermal expansion of the working fluid. The system operates on the basis of ThermiFlow ECO propylene glycol with a freezing temperature of -25°C, ensuring reliable operation even during the winter period.

For precise medium flow control, the kit includes an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60 l/min, enabling optimization of the circulation pump operation and monitoring of the entire system's operating parameters.

Intelligent control and system monitoring

The advanced G422 solar controller offers a wide range of programming functions and control over the solar installation's operation. The system automatically adjusts operating parameters to solar radiation conditions and the current energy needs of the building, maximizing the efficiency of solar energy utilization.

The built-in EKO-LAN modem enables remote monitoring and control of the system via a mobile application or web platform, providing full control over the installation's operation even during the absence of residents. The pressure switch protects the system from operating at incorrect pressure, automatically shutting off the pump if an anomaly is detected.

The pressure control sensor allows for rapid detection of potential problems in the heating circuit.
