Modern solar set for efficient water heating

The KOMFORT MAX HX200-2KS2100.S208 solar set is designed for 2-3 people, providing domestic hot water heating as well as supporting home heating and pool water heating.

MiniSOL controller with WiFi module

The installation is equipped with a Plug&Play type MiniSOL controller, which features a built-in WiFi module and is operated exclusively via a functional mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms. The controller allows for the regulation of solar circulation pump operating parameters tailored to the size of the specific installation.

The WILO circulation pump regulates speed smoothly using a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which translates to minimal energy consumption while maintaining the optimal efficiency of the entire system. The compact ALEX HX10 pump group has been designed with operational safety in mind through effective air venting.

High-efficiency KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors

The system includes two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total active area of 4.12 m². Each collector is constructed with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently connected to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The powder-coated aluminum frame and the aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool perform well in all climatic conditions.

Complete set of elements and service support

The set includes a dual-coil OKC200 NTRR/SOL water heater with a capacity of 200 dm³ equipped with a magnesium anode, a ZNP 18DS expansion vessel for glycol with a capacity of 18 liters, and TERMSOL EKO -25°C liquid (20 kg). The system is supplemented by a BiSolar DN16/16m double flexible pipe, a 60L electronic flow meter, and a pressure switch.

Domestically produced components ensure easy access to service within Poland. Upon registration of the set, the basic warranty is extended: solar collectors receive an additional year (11 years in total), the water heater has an extended warranty of 6 years, and the pump group up to 3 years.

The dimensions of the entire set are 120×110×220 cm with a weight of 225 kg, facilitating transport and installation site planning.
