Modern solar system for efficient water heating

The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a complete solution for users looking for an advanced solar installation control system. The system was designed for 3-4 people, offering extensive control capabilities for the installation serving not only domestic hot water heating but also supporting home heating or pool water heating.

Advanced MiniSOL Plug&Play Controller

The heart of the system is the new generation MiniSOL controller of Plug&Play type with built-in WiFi module. Operation is carried out exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS platforms, eliminating the need for physical buttons or displays.

Pump speed regulation is performed smoothly with PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, resulting in minimal energy consumption by the WILO circulation pump.

High-efficiency KS2100F TLP AC collector

The system includes two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total surface area of 4.12 m², each with an active surface area of 1.93 m². The collectors are designed for domestic hot water heating, pool water heating, and seasonal support of building central heating.

The collector construction is based on an aluminum absorber plate with high-selective coating and permanently connected copper piping. The harp-type absorber design is equipped with four connection nozzles that protect the heat transfer fluid from overheating in case of failure or power outage - without the need for an additional backup power source.

Weather protection is provided by 3.2 mm thick solar glass, tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm in diameter). The housing is made of powder-coated aluminum frame with aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool. The mounting system components are made of aluminum and stainless steel.

Complete equipment and quality warranty

The set contains all necessary components for the solar collector circuit: double-coil water heater 200 dm³ (OKC200 NTRR/SOL) with magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection; single-pass ALEX HX10 pump group with WILO circulation pump; ZNP 18DS diaphragm expansion vessel with capacity of 18 liters; electronic flow meter 60L/min; pressure switch and complete set of complementary accessories.

The system is complemented by TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid in quantity of 20 kg, which protects the installation from freezing during winter. The mutual matching of components eliminates the possibility of incorrect selection of the entire system - factory configuration guarantees optimal energy efficiency.

Domestic production of all components ensures not only support for the national economy and labor market, but also convenient access to professional service care. Basic warranty is: solar collectors 10 years + 1 year after registration, water heater 5 years + 1 year, pump group 2 years + 1 year.
