The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a complete solution for users looking for an advanced solar installation control system, which is effective not only in heating domestic hot water but also in supporting home heating or heating pool water. The system has been designed as an integrated pump unit with a solar controller, offering full automation of operation with minimal user involvement.
Advanced MiniSOL controller and intelligent system management
The heart of the set is a modern "Plug&Play" type MiniSOL controller, which eliminates complicated configuration thanks to "plug and work" technology. The device is equipped with a built-in WiFi module and mobile app support (Android/iOS), allowing for full system control from anywhere. The advanced solar circulation pump control algorithm enables intelligent setting of operating parameters tailored to the specific size of the installation.
The circulation pump operates with smooth speed regulation via PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which translates into minimal electrical energy consumption. The system automatically optimizes operation depending on solar irradiation conditions and hot water demand.
High-performance KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors
The set includes two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total active area of 4.12 m², adapted to work in any climate, including cold climates, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The collectors utilize an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently connected to the plate using laser welding technology.
The harp construction of the absorber with four connection nozzles protects the heat carrier against overheating in the event of a failure or power outage, eliminating the need for an additional emergency power source. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm), which guarantees long-term resistance to weather conditions.
High-capacity dual-coil heater and complete hydraulic infrastructure
The system includes a high-capacity dual-coil heater with a capacity of 200 liters, equipped with a titanium anode ensuring long-term corrosion protection. The total capacity is exactly 200 dm³, and the energy efficiency of water heating in hot climatic conditions reaches 82%.
The complete hydraulic infrastructure includes an 18-liter expansion vessel (glycol-compatible), BiSolar DN12/16m double-walled flexible pipe, an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60L/min, and high-quality TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid in a 20 kg package. The system is supplemented with a pressure switch and an EKO-LAN modem ensuring communication between components.
