The solar set KOMFORT MAX HX200-2KS2100.W204 is a complete solution for users looking for an advanced solar installation control system. The system has been designed for 2-3 people, offering full functionality in terms of domestic hot water heating and supporting home heating or pool water heating.

Advanced solar system components

The heart of the set consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4,12 m², made of an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping. The collectors are permanently joined using laser welding technology and equipped with 3,2 mm thick solar glass, tempered and resistant to hail up to 45 mm in diameter according to the EN ISO 9806 standard.

The construction is adapted to work in any climate thanks to full thermal insulation of the housing and a powder-coated aluminum frame with a bottom insulated with mineral wool. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage.

Efficient water heater and intelligent control

The system includes a two-coil OKC200 NTRR/SOL hot water cylinder with a capacity of 200 dm³, equipped with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The second coil allows for an alternative heat source or operation in a bivalent system.

The MiniSOL Plug&Play type controller represents a new generation of solar system control with a built-in WiFi module and operation exclusively via a mobile application (Android/iOS). An advanced circulation pump control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size, and pump speed regulation is implemented via PWM2 or iPWM2 signal for maximum energy efficiency.

Complete installation equipment and operational safety

The set includes all necessary elements: a single-way ALEX HX10 pump group with a WILO brand circulation pump, an 18L diaphragm expansion tank for glycol, a BiSolar DN12/16m double flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO -25°C antifreeze (20kg), a 60L electronic flow meter, a pressure switch, and a set of supplementary accessories.

The system ensures operational safety through effective venting and minimal energy consumption by the circulation pump. The factory selection of elements eliminates the possibility of incorrect selection of the entire system, and the mutual compatibility of components guarantees optimal installation efficiency.

Quality guarantee and energy parameters

The basic warranty is: solar collectors 10 years + 1 year (after registration), hot water cylinder 5 years + 1 year, pump group 2 years + 1 year. Annual energy consumption is only 50 kWh, and the energy efficiency of water heating reaches 82%.
