The KOMFORT MAX HX200-2KS2100.W206 solar set offers a wide range of control functions for the operation of the solar installation. The system is effective not only for heating domestic hot water but also as support for central home heating or heating swimming pool water. The set is designed for 2-3 people (according to other sources for 3-4 people), offering a complete heating system based on solar energy.

High-performance solar collector technology

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4.12 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating due to failure or power outage - without the need to equip the installation with an emergency power source.

The design is adapted for operation in any climate, including cold climates, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. An increased proportion of the active surface generating heat increases the collector's efficiency while maintaining optimal dimensions that facilitate transport and installation, especially in small installations. 3.2 mm tempered solar glass according to the EN ISO 9806 standard ensures resistance to maximum hail (diameter up to 45 mm). The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool - the system mounting elements are made of aluminum and stainless steel.

Intelligent Plug&Play control system

The MiniSOL controller included in the set is a "Plug&Play" device with a built-in WiFi module, operated exclusively via a mobile application (Android or iOS). The design requires minimal time from both the user and the installer thanks to "plug and work" technology.

An advanced pump control algorithm allows for the automatic setting of operating parameters for different installation sizes. The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which affects the efficiency of the entire system.

Complete set of hydraulic elements

The system includes all necessary hydraulic components:

• 200 dm³ dual-coil heater (200 liters) with OKC200 NTRR/SOL magnesium anode
• ALEX HX10 pump group single-way with a WILO circulation pump
• ZNP 18DS expansion vessel for glycol with a capacity of 18 liters
• BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe with a length of 25 meters
• TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid weighing 20 kg
• Electronic flow meter with a 60L/min capacity
• Pressure switch and a complete set of supplementary accessories

The mutual compatibility of the components eliminates the possibility of error in selecting the entire system - the factory selection of elements ensures the correct operation of the solar installation.
