The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is a complete solution for users seeking advanced control of their solar installation. The system is effective for both heating domestic hot water and supporting home heating or heating pool water. The integrated pump group with a solar controller enables intelligent management of temperature and heat transfer fluid flow.

Advanced control and automation

The heart of the system is the MiniSOL Plug&Play type controller with a built-in WiFi module, which is operated exclusively via a mobile application (Android/iOS). An advanced control algorithm for the solar circulation pump allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size. The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which minimizes energy consumption.

The "plug and work" technology significantly shortens the installation and commissioning time - for both the user and the contractor. The system requires minimal user intervention thanks to the full automation of heating processes.

High-performance KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The installation includes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 5,24 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat transfer fluid from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

The construction is adapted for operation in any climate, including cold ones - full thermal insulation of the housing and 3,2 mm thick tempered solar glass protect against maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm in diameter). The powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool ensures resistance to atmospheric conditions.

Complete set of system elements

The system includes all necessary components: a 300 L two-coil water heater with a magnesium anode (OKC300 NTRR/SOL), the ALEX HX10 pump group single-way with a WILO circulation pump, a ZNP 18DS expansion tank with a capacity of 18 L, TERMSOL EKO -25°C liquid in an amount of 20 kg, BiSolar DN12/16m double flexible pipe, and a 60L electronic flow meter.

The mutual compatibility of the components eliminates the possibility of incorrect selection of the entire system. The factory selection of elements ensures the correct operation of the hydraulic circuit and effective venting of the installation.
