Modern solar system for efficient water heating

The KOMFORT MAX solar set designed for 3-4 person households includes domestic hot water heating, home heating support, and swimming pool water heating.

Advanced control and automation

The MiniSOL controller is equipped with a built-in WiFi module and support via a functional mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms. The system regulates the operation of the solar circulation pump via a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, adjusting parameters to the size of the installation.

The circulation pump operates with smooth speed regulation, which translates to minimal electricity consumption. The system is characterized by maintenance-free operation thanks to "plug and play" technology, requiring only supervision via the mobile application from the user.

High-performance KS2600 solar collectors

The installation utilizes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 5,24 m². Each collector has been adapted to work in any climate, including cold conditions, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The construction utilizes an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology.

The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports ensures effective protection of the heat carrier against overheating in case of failure or power outage. The collector is protected by 3,2 mm tempered solar glass according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (grade up to 45 mm). The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with a mineral wool insulated bottom.

Complete set of system elements

The system contains all necessary components: a twin coil water heater with a capacity of 300 liters with a titanium anode (model OKC300 NTRR/SOL), an ALEX HX10 single-way pump group with a circulation pump, a ZNP 18DS glycol expansion vessel (18 liters), BiSolar DN12/25m double flexible pipe, and TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg). Additionally, the set includes a 60L electronic flow meter, an EKO-LAN modem, and a pressure switch.

The system is covered by an extended warranty: 10 years on solar collectors (after kit registration +1 year), 5 years +1 year on the water heater, and 2 years +1 year on the pump group.
