KOMFORT MAX solar set HX300-2KS2600.S216

The system is used for heating domestic hot water, assisting home heating, and heating swimming pool water. It is designed for 3-4 person households.

MiniSOL controller with mobile app

The device is equipped with a built-in WiFi module and is operated exclusively via a mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms. The solar circulation pump control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size.

PWM2 or iPWM2 technology allows for smooth regulation of the circulation pump speed, which translates to minimal energy consumption while maintaining optimal system efficiency. The device operates on a "plug and play" technology, eliminating complicated configurations.

System components and accessories

The heart of the installation is a dual-coil steel water heater with a capacity of 300 liters, equipped with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. Two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5.24 m² have been designed to operate in all climatic conditions.

The aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping have been permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating due to failure or power outage.

The system includes an ALEX HX10 single-way pump group with a high-quality circulation pump, an 18-liter diaphragm vessel for glycol, and a BiSolar DN12/25m double flexible pipe. TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid with a weight of 20 kg ensures optimal system operation even in low temperatures.

Additionally, the set includes an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60L/h and a pressure switch controlling the installation's operating parameters. All supplementary accessories have been factory-selected.

Operating parameters and warranty

The system's energy efficiency is 82% in hot climatic conditions with an annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh. The system's heating capacity is 1.97 kW with a total depth of only 9 cm.

All components of the set are domestically produced, which means support for the local economy and easy access to service care. The basic warranty for the solar collectors is 10 years and can be extended by an additional year after registering the set. The manufacturer also guarantees an extended warranty for the water heater (5 years + 1 year) and the pump group (2 years + 1 year).

The system meets the requirements of standards C. EQ. NF EN ISO/CEI 17025 AND NF 45011 (EN 12975 OR EN 12976 standards), confirming its high quality and operational safety standards.
