KOMFORT MAX solar set with intelligent control

The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a system for solar installations used to support home heating, domestic hot water heating, and swimming pool water heating. The system includes a solar controller integrated with a pump unit.

MiniSOL controller and its functionalities

The new generation "Plug&Play" MiniSOL controller features a built-in WiFi module, allowing for the management of the entire installation solely via a mobile application on Android or iOS devices. An advanced control algorithm for the solar circuit pump allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size.

The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, resulting in minimal energy consumption by the circulation pump.

KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The KS2600F TLP AC solar collector has been adapted for heating domestic hot water, swimming pool water, and seasonal support of the building's central heating. The collector's design is adapted to work in any climate, including cold conditions, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing.

The aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping have been permanently joined to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection fittings protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool.

The increased proportion of the active heat-generating surface relative to the total surface area of the collector significantly increases its efficiency.

Complete set and service support

The system includes all necessary elements of the solar collector circuit: a 300 L twin-coil water heater with a magnesium anode (OKC300 NTRR/SOL), an ALEX HX10 single-way pump group with a WILO circulation pump, a ZNP 18DS expansion vessel with a capacity of 18 liters, and TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid weighing 20 kg.

The mutual compatibility of the components eliminates the possibility of incorrect system selection. Domestic production of components ensures access to service care and supports the local economy.

The system offers extended warranties: a basic 10-year warranty on solar collectors after kit registration, extended by an additional year (5 years + 1 year on the water heater and 2 years + 1 year on the pump group).
