Comprehensive solar solution

The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is a complete solution for users expecting advanced control functions for solar installation operation. The system has been designed to support home heating, pool water heating, and, of course, the production of domestic hot water for a 3-4 person household.

The heart of the system is the new generation MiniSOL controller of the Plug&Play type, which requires minimal user intervention thanks to "plug and work" technology. The device is equipped with a built-in WiFi module and operation exclusively via a mobile application (Android or iOS), eliminating the need for a traditional control panel. An advanced circulation pump control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size, and smooth pump speed regulation via PWM2 signal ensures optimal efficiency with minimal energy consumption.

High-performance system components

The installation is based on two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5.24 m², adapted to work in any climate, including cold conditions, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The collectors utilize an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage.

Energy is stored in a twin-coil OKC300 NTRR/SOL water heater with a capacity of 300 dm³, equipped with a titanium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The ALEX HX10 pump unit contains a high-quality circulation pump, guaranteeing reliable performance with minimal electrical energy consumption.

Complete accessories and operational safety

The system includes all necessary elements for the correct functioning of the solar installation. The kit includes a ZNP 18DS expansion vessel for glycol with a capacity of 18 liters, TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg), and a 60L electronic flow meter. Additionally, an EKO-LAN modem, a pressure switch, and a complete ZPKS connection set with KS3/4 union nuts are provided.

Operational safety is ensured by effective system venting and automatic monitoring of operating parameters by the MiniSOL controller. The construction is adapted for year-round operation, and the powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool guarantees resistance to weather conditions.

The system only requires individual selection of the collector mounting system and installation pipes, which are selected separately according to the specifics of the particular installation.
