The KOMFORT MAX solar set is an advanced heating system that utilizes solar energy to heat domestic hot water and support building heating. The system has been designed for users who value functionality and ease of use, offering a complete "plug and play" solution with intelligent control via a mobile application.

Advanced control and automation

The heart of the system is the new generation MiniSOL controller of the "Plug&Play" type, which ensures maximum convenience in installation, startup, and daily operation. The device is equipped with a built-in WiFi module, enabling full management of the installation using a mobile application for Android and iOS systems. An advanced control algorithm automatically adjusts operating parameters to the size of the specific installation, regulating the circulation pump speed via PWM2 or iPWM2 signal.

Intelligent management also includes the EKO-LAN modem, ensuring constant communication of the system with the home network, and an electronic flow meter 60L that precisely controls the heat carrier flow. The whole is completed by a pressure switch monitoring the system pressure.

High-performance solar collectors

The system utilizes two KS2600F TLP AC collectors with a total gross area of 5,24 m², adapted to work in any climate, including cold climates, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The construction is based on an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology.

The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage. The collectors are equipped with 3,2 mm thick solar glass, tempered and hail-resistant according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm in diameter). The housing, made of a powder-coated aluminum frame, includes an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool.

Efficient water heater and complete hydraulics

The central element of the system is the twin-coil OKC300 NTRR/SOL water heater with a capacity of 300 dm³, equipped with a titanium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The capacity is sufficient for the needs of a 3-4 person household.

The hydraulic side of the system is serviced by the compact ALEX HX10 pump group with a high-quality circulation pump from the WILO brand. The system is supplemented by a ZNP 18DS expansion tank with a capacity of 18 liters and a ZPKS connection set containing the necessary mounting elements. The entire system operates on the basis of TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid weighing 20 kg, guaranteeing stable operation in negative temperatures.

All components are manufactured in Poland.
