Comprehensive solar solution for home heating installations

The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is an advanced heating system designed for 3-4 person households, providing efficient domestic hot water heating as well as support for building heating and pool water heating. The system is a complete "plug and play" solution integrated with a new generation solar controller.

Advanced solar system components

The central element of the kit is a dual-coil water heater with a capacity of 300 liters equipped with a titanium anode, which ensures long-term corrosion protection. It works in conjunction with two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m², made of an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined using laser welding technology.

The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat transfer medium from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage, eliminating the need for an additional emergency power source. The collectors feature 3.2 mm thick tempered solar glass resistant to hail up to 45 mm in diameter according to the EN ISO 9806 standard.

Intelligent control and automation

The system is equipped with a Plug&Play type MiniSOL controller with a built-in WiFi module operated exclusively via a mobile application (Android/iOS). The advanced control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size, and smooth regulation of the circulation pump speed is implemented via PWM2 or iPWM2 signal.

The ALEX HX10 pump group contains a high-quality circulation pump characterized by minimal electrical energy consumption. The system is completed by an 18-liter expansion vessel and TERMSOL EKO working fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C.

Build quality and manufacturer's warranty

All components of the kit are manufactured in Poland, ensuring easy access to professional service care and support for the domestic economy. The collector construction is adapted for operation in any climate, including cold conditions, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing.

The increased ratio of the active heat-generating surface to the total surface area of the collector significantly increases its energy efficiency. The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool.

The system is covered by an extended warranty: solar collectors receive an 11-year warranty (10 years basic + 1 year after registration), the water heater 6 years (5 + 1 year), and the pump group 3 years (2 + 1 year).
