The KOMFORT MAX HX300-2KS2600 solar kit is an advanced heating system designed for 3-4 person households, representing a complete package of all necessary components for building a professional solar installation.

Advanced control technology and automation

The heart of the system is a modern MiniSOL "Plug&Play" controller with a built-in WiFi module, which enables full control of the installation via a mobile application on Android or iOS devices. The "plug and work" technology minimizes installation and startup time for both the contractor and the user. An advanced solar circulation pump control algorithm allows for intelligent adjustment of operating parameters to the size of the specific installation.

The WILO circulation pump regulates its speed smoothly via PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which translates to minimal electricity consumption while maintaining the optimal efficiency of the entire system. The compact ALEX HX10 pump group ensures operational safety through effective venting of the installation.

High-performance KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The system is equipped with two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m² and a collector aperture area of 2.47 m² each. The collectors are characterized by an increased ratio of active heat-generating surface area to total surface area, which increases their energy efficiency.

The absorber construction utilizes an aluminum plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage, eliminating the need for an additional emergency power source.

The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing, consisting of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool, ensures durability and resistance to weather conditions.

High-capacity twin-coil heater and complete automation

The OKC300 NTRR/SOL water heater with a capacity of 300 L made of steel provides a large amount of hot water for the needs of a 3-4 person family. The twin-coil design allows for simultaneous connection to the solar installation and a traditional heat source as a backup.

The system includes complete safety automation: a ZNP 18DS expansion vessel for TERMSOL EKO -25°C solar fluid (20 kg), a 60L electronic flow meter, and a pressure switch controlling operating parameters. The ZPKS connection set with KS3/4 compression fittings and the BiSolar DN12/16m double flexible pipe ensure the tightness and reliability of hydraulic connections.

The energy efficiency of the system is 82% in hot climatic conditions with an annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh.
