The KOMFORT MAX HX300 solar set is an advanced heating system dedicated to users seeking full automation and intelligent management of their solar installation. It is a complete platform for heating domestic hot water and supporting home and pool heating.

Advanced control and automation

The heart of the system is the "Plug&Play" type MiniSOL controller with a built-in WiFi module, which ensures maximum convenience of installation and operation. The system is operated exclusively via a functional mobile application (Android or iOS), eliminating the need for manual configuration of operating parameters.

The advanced circulation pump control algorithm enables intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size. Pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, resulting in minimal energy consumption while maintaining optimal system efficiency.

High-efficiency KS2600F TLP AC solar collector

The system utilizes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5,24 m², characterized by a collector aperture area of 2,47 m². The design is adapted to work in any climate, including cold climate conditions, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing.

The aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined using laser welding technology ensures maximum energy efficiency. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

The 3,2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool. The manufacturer offers an extended warranty of 10 years on solar collectors upon registration of the set (+1 year).

High-capacity dual-coil water heater and complete accessories

The central element of the system is a dual-coil water heater with a capacity of 300 dm³ equipped with a titanium anode and the ALEX HX10 pump group. The system includes all necessary components: an expansion vessel for glycol (18 L), BiSolar DN16/16m double flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg), an electronic flow meter (60L), an EKO-LAN modem, and a pressure switch.

The energy efficiency of the system is 82% with an annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh in hot climatic conditions. The heating capacity of the system is 1,97 kW. The water heater is covered by a warranty of 5 years +1 year, and the pump group by 2 years +1 year.

The package dimensions of the set are 140×120×220 cm with a total weight of 289 kg, which facilitates transport logistics and installation by professional installers. Domestic production of components ensures convenient access to professional service care.
