KOMFORT MAX solar set for 3-4 person households

The KOMFORT MAX solar set is designed for households consisting of 3-4 people, offering functionality in terms of domestic hot water heating as well as supporting home heating or pool water heating.

KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the set consists of two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5.24 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selective coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage.

The design is adapted for operation in any climate thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The increased share of the active heat-generating surface raises the efficiency of the entire system. The solar glass with a thickness of 3.2 mm is tempered according to the EN ISO 9806 standard and is resistant to hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm. Powder-coated aluminum frame and a mineral wool insulated bottom.

MiniSOL intelligent control system

The MiniSOL controller of the "Plug&Play" type is equipped with a WiFi module allowing communication via a mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms.

An advanced control algorithm for the solar circulation pump allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size. The speed of the WILO circulation pump is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which translates into minimal energy consumption with maximum system efficiency.

Complete set of system elements

The system includes all necessary components for the correct functioning of the solar installation: a dual-coil water heater with a capacity of 300 liters with a magnesium anode; the ALEX HX10 pump group with a WILO circulation pump; an 18 liter expansion vessel for glycol; BiSolar DN16/16m double flexible pipe; TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg) protecting the installation against freezing; a 60L/h electronic flow meter; a pressure switch, and a complete set of supplementary accessories.

The system achieves an energy efficiency of 82% in hot climatic conditions with an annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh. The heating capacity is 1.97 kW. The aperture area is 2.47 m².

The system is covered by an extended warranty: solar collectors come with a standard 10-year warranty, which is extended by an additional year after registering the set; the water heater has a 5 years + 1 year warranty, and the pump group has 2 years + 1 year.

The package dimensions of the set are 140 × 120 × 220 cm with a total weight of 289 kg.
