KOMFORT MAX HX300-2KS2600.W220 Solar Installation

The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is designed for 3-4 people, offering a wide range of solar installation control functions. The system enables domestic hot water heating, home heating support, and swimming pool water heating.

ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump station with solar controller

The heart of the installation is the ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump station with an integrated G422 solar controller, which simplifies the installation process and shortens assembly time. The system is equipped with a pressure control sensor that monitors the installation status and the operating parameters of the solar circuit.

The "Plug&Play" type MiniSOL controller requires minimal time from both the user and the installer thanks to "plug and work" technology. Operation is carried out exclusively via a mobile application (Android or iOS) connected through a built-in WiFi module. The circulation pump control algorithm regulates speed using a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal.

KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5.24 m²

The installation includes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5.24 m², adapted for heating domestic hot water, swimming pool water, and seasonal support of the building's central heating. The design is adapted for operation in any climate thanks to the use of full thermal insulation of the housing.

The collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently connected to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating due to failure or power outage without the need to equip the installation with an emergency power source.

Complete kit composition and warranty terms

The system contains all necessary components: a 300 L dual-coil water heater (OKC300 NTRR/SOL) with a magnesium anode, a glycol expansion vessel (ZNP 18DS), BiSolar DN16/25m double flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg), an electronic flow meter (60L), a pressure switch, and supplementary accessories (ZPKS).

In the case of solar collectors, the basic 10-year warranty is extended by an additional year after kit registration. This also applies to the water heater (5 years + 1 year) and the pump station (2 years + 1 year). The kit components are manufactured domestically by Hewalex Sp. z o.o. Sp.K., ensuring convenient access to service care.
