The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a complete heating solution that utilizes solar energy to heat domestic hot water and support building heating. The system has been designed for users requiring advanced control and monitoring functions for the solar installation.

Comprehensive system configuration

The central element of the set is a dual-coil heater with a capacity of 300 liters equipped with a titanium anode, which protects the tank against the harmful effects of the electrolyte. The set includes three KS2100 solar collectors, which absorb solar radiation and transfer it to the heating circuit. The system also includes a pump unit with a ZPS 18E-01 ECO solar controller, which automatically regulates the operation of the entire installation depending on solar conditions and heat demand.

For the correct functioning of the system, an 18 liter glycol expansion vessel and TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C in an amount of 20 kilograms are provided. Additionally, the set contains an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60 liters per minute, which precisely controls the flow of the heating medium through the collectors.

Intelligent control and monitoring

The system is equipped with an EKO-LAN Modem, which enables remote monitoring and management of the solar installation via the internet. The user can track system operating parameters, temperatures at various points in the installation, and the efficiency of solar energy utilization in real time. Additionally, a pressure switch provides extra system protection, automatically turning off the circulation pump in the event of a pressure drop below a safe level. All necessary mounting accessories and connection elements are included in the set, ensuring a complete delivery.

Operating parameters and application

The set is designed for households consisting of 4 to 6 people, offering sufficient capacity for heating domestic hot water and supporting the heating system of a single-family house. The system also works excellently for heating swimming pool water, significantly reducing the operating costs of a private pool.
