Advanced control and monitoring of the solar installation

The GH26 controller serves as the heart of the system, offering an extended range of control and measurement functions that significantly exceed standard solutions available on the market. Thanks to advanced control algorithms, the system automatically optimizes the operation of the solar installation in real time, adjusting operating parameters to current solar irradiation conditions and heat demand.

A key advantage of the Komfort Plus set is the built-in Modem EKO-LAN, which enables remote access to the installation and full monitoring of operating parameters via the internet. The user can control the system from anywhere in the world using a smartphone or computer, receiving up-to-date information on collector efficiency, temperatures at various points in the installation, and any alarms or system malfunctions.

Intelligent energy management allows for the prioritization of different heat consumers - from basic domestic hot water (DHW) heating, through supporting home heating, to heating swimming pool water during the summer period.

High-performance solar components and hydraulics

The system is based on two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4,12 m², manufactured using flat-plate technology with an aluminum absorber plate coated with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined by laser welding. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat transfer medium from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage.

The compact ALEX HX10 pump group contains a high-quality circulation pump from the WILO brand, which is characterized by minimal electricity consumption while maintaining optimal hydraulic efficiency. Pump speed regulation is implemented via a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal.

Effective system venting eliminates problems related to the presence of air in the solar circuit.

Comprehensive equipment and auxiliary accessories

The set includes all the necessary elements for the correct functioning of the solar installation: the ZNP 18 expansion tank ensuring correct pressure in the system, TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid weighing 20 kg guaranteeing resistance to low temperatures, and a 60L electronic flow meter enabling precise control of the heat transfer medium flow.

Flexible installation is carried out using the BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe with a length of 25 meters including a complete set of connection nuts (6 pieces), which eliminates the need to order installation elements separately and accelerates the assembly of the entire system.

The factory selection of all components eliminates the risk of incorrect system element selection and guarantees optimal cooperation between the individual parts of the installation.
