The Komfort Plus HX00-2KS2100.V110 solar kit is a heating system for households consisting of 2-3 people. The system is based on two high-performance KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4,12 m².

System control and components

The heart of the system is the GH26 controller with extended functionality, which provides precise control over the operation of the entire solar installation. The device monitors the water temperature in the storage tank and at the collector outlet, automatically starting the circulation pump only when conditions are favorable for efficient heat production.

The central element of the kit is the ALEX HX10 comprehensive pump group equipped with a high-quality circulation pump. The single-way design ensures optimal flow of the heating medium through the solar collectors while maintaining minimal electricity consumption. The circulation pump is characterized by quiet operation and the ability to automatically adjust rotational speed depending on the current needs of the system.

The GH26 controller enables management not only of the basic solar pump operation but also the handling of additional heating devices. The system can cooperate with electric heaters, gas boilers, domestic hot water circulation pumps, and upper coil pumps in solid fuel boilers.

The system is equipped with a range of elements ensuring safe and reliable operation. The ZNP expansion vessel with a capacity of 18 liters protects the installation from the effects of thermal expansion of the heating fluid and maintains stable pressure throughout the entire system. The built-in pressure gauge (manometer) allows for constant monitoring of the system's operating parameters, and the thermometer allows for monitoring the temperature of the heating medium. Automatic venting eliminates problems related to the presence of air in the installation, which could lead to reduced efficiency or pump damage.

Installation accessories and working fluids

The kit contains all the necessary elements for the assembly and commissioning of the solar installation. The BiSolar DN16 double flexible hose with a length of 25 meters provides flexibility in routing the installation and ease of assembly even in hard-to-reach places. The nut system allows for seamless connection of the pipes with the other elements of the kit.

TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid with a weight of 20 kg is a ready-to-use heating medium resistant to low temperatures, which guarantees safe system operation even during harsh winter weather conditions. The fluid also possesses anti-corrosive properties that protect the metal elements of the installation.

Additionally, the kit includes an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60L/h, which precisely controls the amount of heating medium flowing through, as well as supplementary accessories necessary for the correct installation of the entire system.
