The KOMFORT PLUS HX200-2KS2100.S101 solar kit is a professional heating system designed for 2-3 people, which utilizes solar energy to heat domestic hot water and support building heating. The system consists of two high-performance KS2100 solar collectors with a total gross area of 4,12 m², a dual-coil heater with a capacity of 200 liters, and an advanced ALEX HX10 pump unit with a GH26 controller.

High-performance KS2100 solar collectors

The KS2100 solar collectors feature a gross area of 2,06 m² and an active area of 1,93 m², achieving an optical efficiency of 76,4%. They are made of low-iron tempered glass with a transparent coating that transmits up to 95% of solar radiation. The absorber, manufactured using laser welding technology with aluminum and copper, ensures maximum energy efficiency.

The collector construction includes mineral wool as thermal insulation and a harp-shaped pipe layout in the absorber, which guarantees efficient and even glycol flow at the lowest circulation pump driving energy costs. The glass is hail-resistant, as confirmed by tests according to the European standard EN ISO 9806.

Advanced GH26 control system

The GH26 controller provides full control over the solar installation through intuitive operation on a large LCD display. The system allows for the connection of up to 6 NTC10k temperature sensors, control of 3 circulation pumps, and support for various solar installation configurations—from simple water heating to advanced heating support systems.

Advanced functions include automatic antibacterial hygiene (anti-legionella), time programs for circulation pumps, and extensive installation diagnostics. The system provides graphical indications of current temperatures and heat gain history across various time intervals.

Safety and installation monitoring

The system is equipped with comprehensive safety fittings: a 6 bar safety valve, an 18-liter expansion vessel for glycol, and a pressure gauge to monitor the installation pressure. The pump unit features an automatic air venting function via a specially designed valve mounted on the outlet of the heat exchanger's upper fitting.

Additionally, the kit includes EKO thermosol fluid -25°C (20 kg) and a 60L electronic flow meter for precise control of the heat carrier flow. The set is completed by necessary mounting and connection accessories, ensuring the completeness of the solar system.

The installation can be expanded with the EKONTROL platform, enabling remote monitoring and system management via the internet or a mobile application available for Android and iOS systems in Polish, English, German, and Spanish.
