The KOMFORT PLUS HX200-2KS2100 solar set is a complete installation designed for 2-3 people. The system was designed as a universal solution for domestic hot water preparation with the possibility of expansion to support central heating or pool water heating.

KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 4.12 m², each measuring 2022×1019×90 mm and weighing 36 kg. The collectors are characterized by a high optical efficiency of 76.4%.

The construction is based on aluminum-copper absorbers manufactured using laser welding technology. The transparent coating is made of low-iron tempered glass, which transmits up to 95% of solar radiation. The glass is resistant to hail, confirmed by tests according to the European standard EN ISO 9806 (hail up to 45 mm in diameter).

The harp-shaped pipe layout in the absorber guarantees efficient and uniform glycol flow and the lowest energy costs for the circulation pump drive. The internal insulation made of mineral wool minimizes heat loss and is resistant to extremely high internal collector temperatures.

GH26 control automation

The system is equipped with an advanced GH26 controller supporting almost every type of typical solar installation. The device features an intuitive interface with a large LCD display and the ability to connect up to 6 NTC10k temperature sensors, enabling precise monitoring of the entire system's operation.

The controller offers comprehensive control over the installation: support for up to 3 circulation pumps, PWM2 signal control for electronic pumps, and the possibility of connecting a pressure switch to control the installation pressure (1.5 bar). Additionally, it enables cooperation with an external heat source such as a heating boiler or an electric boiler.

Advanced safety features include collector protection against overheating (temperature >135°C), freezing, and a holiday function that protects the installation during prolonged periods without heat consumption. The system also features a hygienic function (anti-legionella) implemented through periodic antibacterial heat treatment, as well as a graphical indication of current temperatures and installation operating states.

ALEX HX10 pump group and EKONTROL platform

Despite its visible construction characteristic of a single-way group, the compact ALEX HX10 pump group (11.5×37.5×13 cm) possesses the full functionality of a two-way group thanks to an innovative method of separating air from the installation. The separator acts as a heat exchanger in the solar heater, where a significant reduction in flow facilitates the separation of air bubbles from the liquid.

The system is equipped with an energy-efficient circulation pump controlled by a PWMout signal for reading pump operating states and current flow. The design ensures easy installation even in limited space situations thanks to an adaptive structure that allows for the choice of placement for the pressure gauge or safety valve.

The EKONTROL platform enables free STANDARD monitoring or paid PREMIUM monitoring with access to alarm messages (push/mail/SMS), an error archive, and extended device operating statistics. A reading frequency of approximately every minute allows for the analysis of device operation.
