Comprehensive solar solution for a modern home
The solar set Komfort Plus HX200-2KS2100.S110 is a heating system dedicated to 2-3 person households, which goes beyond standard solar solutions. This complete installation enables not only the preparation of domestic hot water but also supports central heating and pool water heating.
Solar collector technology
The heart of the system consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 4,12 m², made of low-iron tempered glass. The transparent coating allows solar rays to pass through to an aluminum-copper absorber manufactured using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped pipe arrangement in the absorber ensures efficient and even glycol flow and the lowest energy costs for driving the circulation pump.
The collectors are characterized by high optical efficiency and appropriate heat loss coefficients, which translates into maximum utilization of solar energy even in difficult atmospheric conditions.
Control and monitoring system
The system is equipped with a GH26 controller with extensive functionality, allowing for the operation of almost any type of solar installation. The controller allows for integration with external heat sources such as a heating boiler, storage tank, or electric heater, and supports up to 6 temperature sensors, 3 circulation pumps, and 2 electronic flow meters.
Additionally, the set includes an EKO-LAN modem, which enables wireless access to the Ekontrol.pl platform - a system for monitoring and managing the installation via a mobile application or web interface. The platform provides operating parameter readings approximately every 1 minute, data analysis, and push/mail/SMS notifications regarding alarm states.
Energy efficiency and operational savings
The solar installation allows for achieving almost 60% of the annual energy demand for hot water, with coverage reaching up to 90% of the demand during the summer period. Thanks to the high efficiency of the collectors, the system significantly outperforms photovoltaic panels in efficiency - to heat 200 liters of water from 10°C to 45°C, collectors with an area of just 4,1 m² are sufficient, whereas PV panels would require approximately 16,4 m².
