The Komfort Plus HX300-2KS2600.S120 solar set is an advanced system that utilizes solar energy for comprehensive heat management in residential and commercial buildings. The solution was developed by the Polish manufacturer HEWALEX and is designed for households of 3-4 people, offering full functionality for controlling the operation of the solar installation used for heating domestic hot water and supporting heating systems.

Advanced control technology and system integration

The heart of the set is a modern "Plug&Play" MiniSOL controller equipped with a WiFi module and operated exclusively via a mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms. The advanced control algorithm enables intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size, while smooth regulation of the circulation pump speed is implemented via PWM2 or iPWM2 signal. The system is designed to work with various heating devices - from electric heaters and gas boilers to domestic hot water circulation pumps or top coil pumps for solid fuel boilers.

High-performance KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The installation includes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m², each with an aperture area of 2.47 m². The construction utilizes an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The powder-coated aluminum frame features an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool.

Efficient heat storage and complete automation

The dual-coil OKC300 NTRR/SOL water heater with a capacity of 300 liters is equipped with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The ALEX HX10 pump group is characterized by minimal energy consumption by the circulation pump and effective venting, guaranteeing operational safety. The system contains all necessary elements: ZNP 18DS expansion vessel, BiSolar DN16/25m double flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid (20 kg), and a 60L electronic flow meter. The energy efficiency of the set is 82% with an annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh.
