Modern solar system for efficient water heating

The KOMFORT PLUS solar kit is a complete solution for users seeking advanced control of their solar installation. The system is designed for 3-4 people, offering wide possibilities for controlling the solar installation's operation, including supporting home heating and heating pool water.

Advanced control and automation

The heart of the system is the new generation "Plug&Play" MiniSOL controller, which eliminates the need for complex configuration. Thanks to the built-in WiFi module, all management is done exclusively via a mobile application (Android or iOS). An advanced control algorithm for the circulation pump enables intelligent adjustment of operating parameters to the size of a specific installation.

The circulation pump operates with smooth speed regulation via PWM2 or iPWM2 signals, resulting in minimal electricity consumption. The compact HX10 pump group has been designed for maximum functionality during installation and operation.

Solar collector efficiency

The system utilizes two KS2600F TLP AC collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m², adapted for heating domestic hot water, pool water, and seasonal central heating support. The design is adapted to work in any climate, including cold climate conditions, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing.

The aluminum absorber plate is equipped with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage.

The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing, consisting of a powder-coated aluminum frame, includes an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool.

Kit components and manufacturer's warranty

The kit includes a 300 dm³ twin-coil water heater with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The system also contains a ZNP 18DS expansion vessel, BiSolar DN12/16m double flexible pipe, and a -25°C fluid weighing 20 kg.

An electronic flow meter with a capacity of 60L/min enables precise control of the heating medium flow. All elements have been factory-selected, eliminating the risk of incorrect system component selection.

The system is covered by an extended warranty: solar collectors (10 years + 1 year after registration), water heater (5 years + 1 year), and pump group (2 years + 1 year). A significant advantage is the domestic production of all components.

The kit only requires individual selection of the collector mounting system and installation pipes, which are selected separately due to the specifics of the particular installation.
