The Komfort Plus HX300-2KS2600.W116 solar kit is an advanced heating system that utilizes solar energy to heat domestic hot water and support building heating. The system is designed for households of 3-4 people, offering a complete "plug and play" solution that integrates with existing heating installations.

Advanced technology and system components

The heart of the installation consists of two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m², equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping. The collectors feature full thermal insulation of the casing, enabling efficient operation even in cold climates. Tempered solar glass with a thickness of 3.2 mm ensures resistance to hail up to 45 mm in diameter according to the EN ISO 9806 standard.

The system includes a 300-liter dual-coil water heater with a magnesium anode (model OKC300 NTRR/SOL), an ALEX HX10 pump group with a WILO circulation pump, and a modern MiniSOL controller. The "Plug&Play" type controller is equipped with a WiFi module and is operated exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS systems.

Functionality and energy savings

The kit enables management not only of the solar pump but also integration with other heating devices such as electric heaters, gas boilers, or domestic hot water circulation pumps. An advanced control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size, and the circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated via PWM2 or iPWM2 signals.

The system's energy efficiency is 82% in hot climatic conditions, and the annual energy consumption is only 50 kWh. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

Build quality and warranties

All components are manufactured in Poland by HEWALEX Sp. z o.o. Sp.K., ensuring easy access to service and technical support. The system is covered by an extended warranty: solar collectors have a 10-year basic warranty + 1 year after registration, the water heater has 5 years + 1 year, and the pump group has 2 years + 1 year.

The collector casing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool. The system mounting elements are made of aluminum and stainless steel, guaranteeing the durability of the structure throughout years of operation.
