Modern solar set for comfortable water heating

The KOMFORT PLUS solar set is a complete solution for users looking for an advanced control system for solar installations. The system is suitable for both heating domestic hot water for 3-4 people and supporting home heating or heating pool water. The set includes all necessary components of the solar collector circuit, excluding the mounting system and installation pipes, which are selected individually based on the specific installation conditions.

Advanced control and automation

The heart of the system is the new generation MiniSOL controller, a "Plug&Play" type with a built-in WiFi module. Operation is carried out exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS, eliminating the need for manual configuration. An advanced control algorithm for the solar circulation pump allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters adapted to the size of the installation.

The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, ensuring minimal energy consumption with maximum efficiency. The "plug and work" system requires minimal time from both the user and the installer during assembly and commissioning.

High-performance KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The set includes two KS2600F TLP AC collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently connected to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

The design is adapted to work in any climate thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing, made of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool, ensures durability for years of operation.

Complete heating system with storage tank

The central element of the set is the two-coil OKC300 NTRR/SOL water heater/storage tank with a capacity of 300 dm³, equipped with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The ALEX HX10 single-way pump group serves as a compact control center for the entire system.

The system also includes an 18 L expansion vessel for glycol, a BiSolar DN16/16m double flexible pipe, 20 kg of TERMSOL EKO fluid at -25°C, a 60L electronic flow meter, and a complete set of supplementary accessories. The energy efficiency of water heating is 82%, and the annual energy consumption is only 50 kWh in hot climatic conditions.

The dimensions of the set are 140×120×220 cm with a total weight of 289 kg, which facilitates planning the installation site and delivery logistics.
