The KOMFORT PLUS solar set is an advanced heating system utilizing solar energy, designed specifically for households inhabited by 4-5 people. This complete solution combines high energy efficiency with an intelligent control system, offering users full control over the domestic hot water heating process and building heating support.

The system is effective both in standard installations for domestic hot water preparation and in more advanced applications including home heating support and swimming pool water heating. Thanks to a wide range of control functions, the installation automatically optimizes its operation depending on atmospheric conditions and user needs.

Advanced system components

The heart of the set is a 300 liter dual-coil heater, equipped with a magnesium anode ensuring long-term corrosion protection. The tank capacity guarantees constant access to hot water even when used by several people simultaneously.

Three KS2100 flat-plate collectors constitute a key element of the system, characterized by high efficiency in converting solar energy into thermal energy. The collectors were designed to maximize the use of solar radiation throughout the year, even during periods of lower sunlight.

Control of the entire installation is carried out by a modern Alex HX10 pump group in combination with a GH26 solar controller. This advanced control system enables precise management of the circulation pump's operation, monitoring temperatures at various points in the installation, and automatic switching between operating modes depending on weather conditions.

Safety and operational reliability

The system includes all necessary elements to ensure safe and long-term operation. An 18 liter expansion vessel protects the installation from the effects of thermal expansion of the working fluid, automatically regulating the pressure in the system.

BiSolar DN16/16m double flexible pipe ensures reliable connections between individual system elements, while simultaneously allowing for easy installation even in hard-to-reach places. The flexible design of the pipes minimizes the risk of mechanical damage during installation and operation.

As a working fluid, ThermiFlow ECO propylene glycol with a freezing point of -25°C is used, which protects the installation against freezing even in extreme winter conditions. The twenty-kilogram package provides an adequate amount of fluid to fill the entire system.

Precise monitoring and flow control

The set includes an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60 liters per minute, which enables accurate monitoring of the amount of fluid circulating in the installation. Electronic flow control allows for optimization of system efficiency and rapid detection of any potential hydraulic problems.
