The Komfort Plus HX500-4KS2600.S133 solar set is an advanced heating system designed for users expecting full control over their solar installation. The system not only operates the solar pump but also integrates with additional heating devices - an electric heater, a gas boiler, or a domestic hot water circulation pump. This makes it suitable for both standard DHW installations and expanded systems supporting home heating or pool water heating.

Advanced system components

The heart of the set is a 500-liter dual-coil water heater equipped with a magnesium anode, which effectively protects the tank against corrosion. The system includes four KS2600 flat solar collectors with an aluminum absorber plate coated with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping. Each collector features a harp-style absorber layout with four connection ports, which protect the heat transfer medium from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage.

The collectors are manufactured using laser welding technology and feature 3.2 mm thick solar glass, tempered according to the EN ISO 9806 standard - resistant to hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm. The housing of each collector consists of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool. The mounting elements are made of aluminum and stainless steel.

Intelligent control and safety

The system is equipped with the Alex HX10 pump unit with a GH26 solar controller, which provides precise control over the operation of the entire installation. The controller enables management of various heat sources and optimizes their operation depending on atmospheric conditions and user needs.

System safety is guaranteed by a 24-liter expansion vessel and TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C (20 kg), which protects the installation from freezing. Additionally, the system includes an electronic flow meter with a flow rate of 60 l/min, allowing for precise control of the heat transfer medium flow.

The set is designed for 6-7 people, making it an ideal solution for larger households. The system works perfectly in single-family residential buildings as well as commercial facilities requiring efficient thermal energy management.
