Comprehensive solar solution for single-family houses

The KOMFORT PLUS solar set is an advanced solar installation designed for households of 6-7 people, offering a full range of solar system control functions. The solution is effective for both basic domestic hot water heating and more demanding applications - assisting home heating or heating swimming pool water.

Advanced system components

The heart of the installation is a dual-coil heater with a capacity of 500 liters equipped with a magnesium anode, which effectively protects the tank against corrosion. The system is based on four KS2600 flat solar collectors, characterized by high energy efficiency thanks to an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping. The components are permanently joined using laser welding technology, which guarantees long-term reliability.

The harp-shaped absorber layout is equipped with four connection ports, which protect the heat transfer fluid from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage - without the need to install an additional emergency power source. The collectors are covered with 3.2 mm thick tempered solar glass, resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm).

Intelligent control and safety

The installation is supplemented by a professional GH26 solar controller working with the Alex HX10 pump set, enabling precise control of the entire system's operation. The EKO-LAN modem provides the possibility of remote monitoring and management of the installation via the internet. The system is also equipped with an electronic flow meter with a 60L capacity, which optimizes the heat transfer fluid flow.

The safety of the installation is ensured by a 24-liter expansion vessel for glycol and TERMSOL EKO thermal fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C (20 kg), which maintains its properties even in extreme winter conditions.

Durable construction and materials

The collector housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame, providing resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. The bottom is insulated with mineral wool, which minimizes heat loss. All mounting elements are made of aluminum and stainless steel - materials resistant to corrosion that guarantee many years of structural durability.

The complete set includes all necessary supplementary accessories for the "turnkey" installation, assembly, and commissioning of the solar system.
