The KOMFORT PLUS HX500-4KS2600 solar set is an advanced heating system designed for 6-7 people, offering full control over the solar installation's operation. The system provides a wide range of control functions, supporting home heating assistance as well as pool water heating.

Advanced KS2600 collector technology

The heart of the system consists of four KS2600F TLP AC flat solar collectors, equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping. The components are permanently joined using laser welding technology, which guarantees maximum heat transfer efficiency.

The design utilizes a harp-style absorber layout with four connection ports, which automatically protects the heat carrier from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage - without the need for an additional emergency power source. The collectors are protected by 3.2 mm thick tempered solar glass, resistant to hail up to a diameter of 45 mm in accordance with the EN ISO 9806 standard.

The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame, and the mineral wool insulated bottom ensures minimal heat loss. All mounting elements are made of aluminum and stainless steel, guaranteeing long-term resistance to weather conditions.

Complete set of components

The system includes a 500 liter dual-coil heater with a magnesium anode, which effectively protects against corrosion. The Alex HX10 pump unit works with the GH26 solar controller, enabling precise management of the entire installation.

Additionally, the set includes a 24 liter glycol expansion vessel, TERMSOL EKO -25°C (20 kg) thermal fluid, and a 60L electronic flow meter. All necessary supplementary accessories are included in the set, simplifying the installation and commissioning of the system.

Intelligent control and safety

The GH26 controller provides advanced solar installation control functions, automatically optimizing the use of solar energy. The system intelligently manages temperatures, flows, and pump operation, maximizing efficiency while ensuring the safety of the entire installation.
