The Komfort Plus HX200-2KS2100.S104 solar set is an advanced heating system designed for 2-3 people, which enables efficient solar energy harvesting for domestic hot water preparation and supporting building heating. The system also works perfectly for heating swimming pool water, offering versatile possibilities for utilizing renewable energy sources.

High-performance system components

The heart of the installation consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 4,12 m², characterized by an optical efficiency of 76,4%. The collectors are equipped with an aluminum-copper absorber made using laser welding technology and a low-iron tempered glass coating. Thanks to this, up to 95% of solar radiation reaches the absorber, translating into maximum energy efficiency of the system.

The system includes a 200-liter dual-coil tank/accumulator with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The use of two coils allows for simultaneous heating of domestic water and heat buffering for the heating system.

Advanced automation and control

The installation is equipped with the GH26 controller, offering an extended range of control and measurement functions. The device enables the operation of up to 6 NTC10k temperature sensors, control of 3 circulation pumps, connection of 2 electronic flow meters, and pressure control in the solar installation via a pressure switch (1,5 bar). The controller supports 19 solar installation schemes, including systems with heating assistance and swimming pool water heating.

Additionally, the system can work with the EKONTROL platform, providing remote monitoring and management of the installation via the internet. This allows for monitoring the device's operation from anywhere in the world through a mobile application or web interface.

Reliable hydraulics and safety

The ALEX HX10 pump unit is a compact single-way group with dimensions of 11,5×37,5×13 cm, which, despite its visible construction, possesses the full functionality of a two-way group. The innovative air separation method utilizes the heat exchanger in the solar heater as a separator, significantly facilitating the separation of air bubbles from the working fluid.

The system contains all necessary safety elements: an 18-liter glycol expansion vessel, a safety valve, and a pressure gauge. For medium transport, a specialized BiSolar DN12 twin flexible hose with a length of 16 meters and TERMSOL EKO -25°C working fluid (20 kg) are used, guaranteeing stable installation operation even in extreme temperature conditions.
