Solar system with advanced control

The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a complete solution for users looking for advanced control functions for their solar installation. The set is designed for households of 3-4 people.

Advanced system components

The heart of the installation is a dual-coil 300-liter water heater equipped with a titanium anode, which ensures long-term corrosion protection. The set includes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors, each with a gross area of 5.24 m² and an aperture area of 2.47 m². The collectors feature an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology.

The collector design is adapted to work in any climate, including cold ones, thanks to the full thermal insulation of the casing. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection fittings protects the heat carrier from overheating in case of failure or power outage. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and hail-resistant according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm in diameter).

Intelligent control and automation

The system is equipped with a modern Plug&Play type MiniSOL controller, which simplifies the installation and commissioning of the system. The device has a built-in WiFi module and is operated exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS systems. An advanced control algorithm for the circulation pump allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size.

The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, resulting in minimal electricity consumption. The integrated EKO-LAN modem enables connection of the system to a smart home and remote monitoring of the installation's operation.

The system achieves a water heating energy efficiency level of 82% in hot climatic conditions, with an annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh. The heating capacity of the set is 1.97 kW.

Completeness of the set and additional elements

The set contains all the necessary components for the solar collector circuit: the ALEX HX10 single-way pump group with a circulation pump, an 18 liter expansion vessel for glycol, BiSolar DN16/25m double flexible pipe, and 20 kg of TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C. Additionally, a 60L electronic flow meter and a pressure switch ensuring operational safety are included.

The basic warranty for the solar collectors is 10 years, which can be extended by an additional year after registering the set. The warranty for the water heater is 5 years + 1 year, and for the pump group, it is 2 years + 1 year.
