KS2100-45-1B wall-mounted structure is a specialized mounting system designed for installing a single flat plate collector on a building facade.

Versatility of applications and system compatibility

The mounting system is compatible with flat plate collectors of the KS2100 and KS2000 series, making it a universal solution for different models within one technological platform. The structure has been specifically designed for standalone installation of a single flat plate collector on a vertical building facade.

The standard tilt angle is 45 degrees, however the system offers adjustment capability within the range of 30-45 degrees. This adjustment allows for optimizing the angle of solar radiation incidence depending on geographic latitude and building orientation.

System construction and materials

The system utilizes a sliding connection between the beam and the housing profile, which enables adjustment of the spacing between support elements depending on the dimensions of roof battens. The support elements are made of aluminum or stainless steel, which eliminates rust and corrosion issues throughout the entire service life.

The beam is attached to the collector's mounting profile at the required height using screws, enabling precise positioning of the entire system's geometry. The construction accounts for various roof batten spacings, allowing selection of the appropriate distance between the upper and lower mounting beam.

Mounting system since 2016 - prefabricated elements and fitting options

The mounting system available since April 2016 is characterized by significantly reduced installation time thanks to prefabricated elements and stable mounting points for profiles on the collector housing. The system offers a choice between hook H430 or double-thread screw S200, enabling perfect matching to the type of roof covering.

Stable mounting points for profiles are located in easily accessible positions on the collector housing, facilitating installation work and subsequent servicing without the need to disassemble the entire structure.
