Temperature sensor 3m - loop type 74.31.00
Professional temperature sensor for solar installations
A temperature sensor with a length of 3 meters and an eyelet mounting method is a key element of thermal control systems in solar installations. Equipped with PVC insulation and designed to operate at temperatures up to 110°C, it ensures precise temperature measurement of both the water medium and heating glycol.
Application and mounting points
The main purpose of the sensor is water temperature measurement when mounted on the lower coil nozzles of a water heater. This solution enables accurate control of the heating process and optimization of the entire solar system's operation.
A second important area of application is temperature measurement on the heating medium return (glycol) when mounted directly in the pump group. This installation method allows for monitoring heat exchange efficiency and preventing overheating or underheating of the installation.
The eyelet construction allows for easy mounting on existing installation elements without the need to interfere with the structure of pipelines or heat exchangers.
Operating parameters and compatibility
The sensor operates stably in a temperature range up to 110°C, making it suitable for most standard solar installations. PVC insulation provides additional protection for the wires against mechanical damage and environmental conditions.
The cable length of 3 meters provides installation flexibility and allows for optimal placement of measuring points even in extensive heating systems.
The product is not intended for direct mounting inside solar collectors.
Construction and materials
PVC insulation protects the wires from high temperatures and potential mechanical damage during operation.
The eyelet design enables quick and secure mounting on standard installation elements, reducing the time required for integration with the existing heating or solar system.
