Flanged Ball Valve for Medium Group 2 – DN 125, 1.6 MPa

Designed for operation in district heating networks, air conditioning systems, and water supply installations, this valve handles water, oils, and other non-reactive media with carbon steel – in accordance with Directive 97/23/EC. The floating ball ensures tight shut-off with low torque, facilitating manual operation even at large diameters.

The stem sealing with O-rings provides resistance to vibrations and temperature fluctuations, while the flanged design allows for easy installation and replacement without the need to dismantle the entire pipeline section. The lever-operated version (standard) is sufficient for most applications – a worm gear version or a version ready for gear mounting is also available, which is worth considering for hard-to-reach installations or those requiring frequent adjustment.

The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +200°C, enabling use in both cooling systems and high-temperature district heating circuits. The working pressure of 1.6 MPa (16 bar) is suited to typical conditions in municipal and industrial networks.

Compliant with PN-EN 12266-1 – tested for tightness and strength. ŚZSJ Certificate No. 2/17 and Declaration No. 32/AP confirm compliance with applicable safety standards.
