Application and Media

The valve is intended for systems conveying water, oils, and other non-reactive media with carbon steel — such as district heating networks, air conditioning systems, water supply installations, and other industrial applications. It meets the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC for fluids of Group 2. It is not suitable for aggressive media or those containing abrasive particles.

Construction and Operating Conditions

Flanged full-bore ball valve made of carbon steel, resistant to pressures from 1.6 to 4.0 MPa (16–40 bar). Operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +200°C, allowing its use in both cooling systems and high-temperature district heating circuits. Compliant with standard PN-EN 12266-1, ensuring controlled tightness and reliability during cyclic opening/closing operations.
