Application and Media

The valve is intended for district heating systems, air conditioning systems, as well as water supply and industrial installations. It handles water, oils, and other media that do not react chemically with carbon steel — in accordance with Group 2 fluids under Directive 97/23/EC. It is not suitable for aggressive or corrosive substances that could damage the body material.

Construction and Operating Conditions

Full-bore welded ball valve — ensures minimal flow resistance and easy installation in pipeline systems. Operates at pressures from 1.6 to 4.0 MPa (16–40 bar), corresponding to PN-EN 12266-1 class. Operating temperature range spans from -20°C to +200°C — allowing use in both cooling systems and high-temperature applications, such as district heating circuits.

The standard handle enables quick and intuitive flow control. Versions with a worm gear reducer or ready for its installation are available.

Compliant with PN-EN 12266-1 standard regarding valve testing. Manufacturer's warranty is 2 years — confirming structural stability and manufacturing quality under operational conditions.
