Application and Media

The valve is intended for district heating networks, water supply installations, air conditioning systems, and other industrial circuits. It operates with fluids from Group 2 according to Directive 97/23/EC — namely water, oils, and other substances that do not react chemically with carbon steel. It is not suitable for aggressive media such as acids, alkalis, or high-purity steam.

Construction and Operating Conditions

The body is made of carbon steel with a flanged connection type F05. The valve is supplied without a handle — installation requires an additional handle or control mechanism. The internal construction includes a ball, stem, O-ring seals, and retaining rings — all designed for continuous operation under high pressure. Permissible temperature range: from -20°C to +200°C. Maximum working pressure: 40 bar (4.0 MPa), minimum: 1.6 MPa. Compliant with standard PN-EN 12266-1 — ensuring controlled tightness and testing during production.

Important Information Before Installation

The valve is not supplied with a handle — it must be equipped with one or connected to a worm gear drive. The product weight is 4.3 kg — meaning installation requires proper handling and may require assistance for larger diameters. Flange dimensions: ØDz = 140 mm, hole diameter ØD1 = 78 mm, number of holes n = 4, bolt diameter M16. The flanged connection requires precise matching of the installation space — verify distances between holes and plate thickness before installation.
