Application and Media

The valve is designed for systems conveying water, oils, and other non-reactive media with carbon steel—covering both water supply and industrial installations: district heating networks, air conditioning systems, and others requiring reliable flow isolation. It meets the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC for Group 2 fluids.

Construction and Operating Conditions

Reduced bore ball valve with flanged connection, manufactured from materials resistant to high temperatures and pressures. Permissible temperature range: from -20°C to +200°C. Maximum working pressure is 40 bar (PN-EN 12266-1), corresponding to pressure class 1.6–4.0 MPa. The valve is standardly equipped with a handle; an option with a worm gear reducer or beneath it is available.

Compliance and Warranty

Compliant with standard PN-EN 12266-1, holding Declaration of Conformity No. 39/AP and ŚZSJ Certificate No. 2/17. The manufacturer's warranty covers 2 years, confirming structural stability and manufacturing quality under operational conditions.
