Application and Media

The valve is designed for controlling the flow of water, oils, and other media that do not react chemically with carbon steel. It operates safely in district heating, air conditioning, water supply, and other industrial installations. It meets the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC for Group 2 fluids.

Operating Conditions and Compliance

It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +200°C. The maximum working pressure is 4.0 MPa (40 bar), corresponding to PN 40 class. Compliant with standard PN-EN 12266-1 regarding tightness and strength testing of valves. Certificate ŚZSJ No. 2/17 and declaration number 32/AP confirm compliance with applicable regulations.

Construction and Installation

Flanged ball valve with handle – standard version, easy for manual operation. Installation requires appropriate flanges and bolts but does not need additional tools beyond a typical installer's set. Versions with worm gear or for gear mounting are available on request – useful where the force required for opening needs to be reduced or where precise regulation is required.
