Application and Media

The valve is intended for systems conveying water, oils, and other media that do not react with carbon steel—such as district heating, HVAC, water supply, and industrial networks. It meets the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC for Group 2 fluids. It is not suitable for aggressive or corrosive substances that may damage the carbon steel construction.

Construction and Installation

The full-bore flanged ball valve design ensures minimal flow resistance and easy installation on flanged pipelines. It is standardly equipped with a handle for manual operation. Dimensions and flange standards comply with PN-EN 12266-1, guaranteeing compatibility with existing installations.

Operating Conditions and Reliability

It operates stably within a wide temperature range—from -20°C to +200°C—making it suitable for both cooling systems and high-temperature district heating circuits. The maximum working pressure is 4.0 MPa (40 bar), and the nominal pressure is 1.6 MPa (16 bar), corresponding to PN16–PN40 classes. The manufacturer's warranty covers 2 years, confirming the durability of construction and quality control at every stage of production.
