Compact temperature regulation in heating systems

A compact concealed regulator designed for precise temperature control in individual rooms. The device is suitable for underfloor heating, wall heating, and mixed systems combining radiator and underfloor heating.

Application and functionality

The regulator has been specifically designed to limit the return temperature in heating installations, allowing for the maintenance of an optimal floor temperature while simultaneously preventing system overheating. It is particularly recommended for smaller rooms with an area of up to approximately 15-20 m².

The operating mechanism is based on a thermostatic head, which automatically reacts to changes in the heating medium temperature. When the temperature exceeds the set value, the device closes the flow and waits for it to decrease, without the need for additional electrical power.

Construction and materials

The valve body made of corrosion-resistant bronze ensures long-term tightness and reliable operation. EPDM rubber sealing elements guarantee the durability of the connections, and double O-rings allow for the replacement of the external ring without the need to drain the installation.

The compact concealed box with a depth of 60 mm allows for saving space in the wall while providing easy access to the control elements. The design accounts for the possibility of compensating for mounting deviations of up to 4° in each direction and flexible adjustment of the installation depth to 30 mm.

Technical characteristics and compatibility

The device operates in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C with a maximum operating temperature of 90°C. A Kvs value of 1.56 ensures appropriate flow for typical domestic installations.

The pipe connection is made as an internal thread G 3/4 inch with a eurocone system, which enables the connection of pipes:

• plastic,
• copper,
• thin-walled steel,
• multilayer.

Installation and operation

The white front plate RAL 9016 with concealed mounting screws ensures an aesthetic appearance after installation. The built-in air vent facilitates the commissioning and servicing of the installation.

The regulator does not require additional electrical power - all control is performed mechanically via the thermostatic head, which eliminates the risk of power failure and reduces operating costs.

Advantages of use

Automatic limitation of the return temperature protects the floor from damage due to overheating and optimizes the operation of the heating boiler. The compact design allows for installation even in hard-to-reach places, and the universal connections enable integration with existing installations of various pipe types.

The device is a complete "plug and play" solution - it includes all necessary elements for installation: the concealed box, frame, front plate, and mounting profiles.
