Balancing and control valve TA-Nano Plus - pressure independent (PIBCV), DN25 male thread 32221310125
Compact solution for demanding hydraulic installations
The TA-Nano Plus balancing and control valve is the smallest PIBCV available on the market, designed specifically for tight installation spaces. As a pressure-independent balancing and control valve, it ensures optimal efficiency and a long service life in heating and cooling systems.
Thanks to its exceptionally compact design (82mm length, 72mm height) and a weight reduced by 40% compared to its predecessor TA-Compact-P, this model simplifies installation in locations where other valves do not fit.
Precise maximum flow regulation
TA-Nano Plus enables precise setting of the flow rate in the range of 0.215 to 2.15 m³/h without stroke limitation, allowing for the design flow to be achieved and eliminating the phenomenon of overflow. The valve is equipped with measuring ports, which, in combination with IMI TA measuring devices, allow for detailed measurements and installation diagnostics.
Mechanical pressure compensation guarantees the maintenance of a constant flow rate regardless of pressure changes in the system, with a minimum differential pressure of only 25 kPa. The linear characteristic of the valve ensures predictable regulation at a maximum differential pressure of 600 kPa.
Construction and materials
The valve body is made of AMETAL® alloy, which provides high corrosion resistance and reduces the risk of leaks even when in contact with glycol or other installation media.
The membrane model of the valve is characterized by a stroke length of 4mm while maintaining compact dimensions; the setting is visible even after the actuator is installed, facilitating identification during servicing.
Operating parameters and application area
The PN25 pressure class and operating temperature range from -10°C to 120°C allow for operation in both heating and cooling systems; the nominal diameter DN25 and BSPP cylindrical gas external thread ensure connection versatility for various types of piping.
